Great fast food stop at Holly Burger, we were passing through Gray and we don't regret our choice. The burgers, homemade potatoes and chicken tenders are simply excellent, with great ingredients. The ground beef is a million miles from the big old fast food restaurants, in short, taste. 😍 The Holly Burger is huge but so good! The service is discreet but very efficient and friendly. I really recommend it!

De passage à Gray pour la soirée, petit arrêt dans ce restaurant (cherchant une solution sans gluten). Restaurateur sympathique et arrangeant avec création d’une belle grosse assiette maison comprenant un burger de rösti (sans le pain burger donc) et une belle salade. Burgers au top!! Accompagnés de frites excellentes. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

While passing through Gray for the evening, I made a quick stop at this restaurant (looking for a gluten-free option). The owner was friendly and accommodating, creating a lovely large homemade plate including a rösti burger (without the burger bun) and a lovely salad. Top-notch burgers!! Served with excellent fries. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Als Belgen waarderen we natuurlijk een lekkere artisanale wafel. De vorm en presentatie is verrassend en blijkt ideaal om uit het vuistje te eten. Lekker! We genoten er ook van een heerlijke sorbet en een goed gesprek met de sympathieke uitbaatster. Ook belangrijk : in de binnenstad is dit de enige zaak die al 's zondags om 14u open gaat. Andere geöpende zaken moet je al aan de brug over 't water gaan zoeken.

As Belgians, we naturally appreciate a delicious artisanal waffle. The shape and presentation are surprising and prove ideal for eating as a snack. Delicious! We also enjoyed a delicious sorbet and a pleasant conversation with the friendly owner. Also important: this is the only place in the city center that opens at 2 p.m. on Sundays. You'll have to look for other places that are open by the bridge over the water.

Super qualité, très bonne surprise. On s'est régalé. Pour ma part hamburger avec escalope marinée, fromage au choix, sauce au choix, galettes de pomme de terre. Frites super bonnes. Service sympa.
